SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 29, 2022) Fire Controlman (Aegis) 2nd Class Stephen Baugh, from Washington DC, demonstrates a mechanical advantage control hold on Fire Controlman 3rd Class Michael Nava, from Oxford, Ohio, on the flight deck aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) during a naval security forces sentry training course. Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
