The Holston Army Ammunition Plant conducted a Change of Command Ceremony on August 5th, 2022. COL Tod Marchand, Commander at Pine Bluff Arsenal, hosted the ceremony, as they passed leadership of the Holston Army Ammunition Plant from its first military commander, LTC Scott Carpenter, to the incoming commander, LTC Joel Calo.
