The Sun rises over a U.S. Patriot site in Slovakia on Aug. 5, 2022, as Bravo Battery prepares for NATO validation testing. Elements of the 5th Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery Regiment deployed to Slovakia in April 2022 at the invitation of the Slovak government after that country generously donated its S300 system to Ukraine.
