A Penn Presbyterian Medical Center trauma surgeon and a U.S. Army Soldier with the 140th Chemical Company, California National Guard, perform life-saving actions on a mannequin during the Dense Urban Terrain (DUT) exercise at the NRG Station in Philadelphia, Pa., July 28, 2022. Task Force 46 and over 600 personnel from its federal, state, local, private and academic partners collaborated to successfully complete the most recent DUT exercise.
