U.S. Army Warrant Officer Ronald Swenson, a mobility officer with the New York Army National Guard's 369th Sustainment Brigade, inspects a high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWV), known as a Humvee, with a trailer after it was measured by the deployable automated cargo measurement system (DACMS), during annual training at Camp Smith Training Site, Cortlandt Manor, NY, July 19, 2022. The DACMS can rapidly record a vehicle’s length, width, height, weight, as well as number of axles and center of balance, eliminating the need for the driver to come to a halt, while measurements are being recorded, reducing measurement time from 15 minutes to 15 seconds.
