Grant Hyams, a plumber with Little Piping & Mechanical, cuts off a section of pipe July 14 while installing plumbing at barracks building 3713. The work is part of a large-scale renovation effort underway in 1st Brigade Combat Team’s footprint to improve quality of life. The first two buildings are estimated for completion by early next year.
