SAN DIEGO (21 July 2022) - Vice Adm. Roy Kitchener, Commander, Naval Surface Force U.S. Pacific Fleet, presents the Battle Effectiveness Award to Capt. Jason E. Rogers, the commanding officer of the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG-52).
