Col. Tracy Lanier, deputy commanding officer, and staff from the 8th Theater Sustainment command conducted a strategic engagement meeting in the office and over dinner, which focused on sustainment in the Pacific with Australian Defence Force, Brigadier Todd Ashurst, Director of General Support and Lt. Col. Danielle Huggins, Directorate of Logistics Support, Headquarters Joint Operations Command, along with Col. Dennis Levesque from the U.S. Army Pacific, Logistics (G4). Military to military strategic engagements establish and maintain relationships and trust among partners. Together with our allies and partners, we seek to advance transparency, the rule of law, freedom of navigation and overflight, and other principles that underpin security and prosperity for the Indo-Pacific region.
