Adam Hayes, an explosives handler with the Manufacturing and Engineering Directorate at Crane Army, was recently awarded an On-the-Spot Cash Award for the creation of tool and technique that has greatly reduced risk of injury and incident. Crane Army is committed to the safe reception, inspection, storage, shipment, demilitarization and manufacture of conventional munitions and related components to support Joint Force readiness.
