Maj. Gen. John C. Harris, Jr., Ohio adjutant general, presents the Ohio Commendation award to Judith Legerski, chairman and CEO of the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) during the First Shot ceremony for the CMP’s National Matches, at the Camp Perry Joint Training Center, July 12, 2022. She was awarded for her distinguished service to the nation and state and dedication to the CMP.
