The Best Squad Competition is designed to test the cohesion and proficiency of our Squads. Groups of five Soldiers: one sergeant 1st class or staff sergeant, one sergeant or corporal, and three specialists and below will form a “Squad” and compete in a series of collective and individual tasks to earn the title “Best Squad”.
