PHU YEN, Vietnam (June 29, 2022) –Petty Officer 2nd Class Yushi Wakai, a guitarist with the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, performs with U.S. Pacific Fleet Band at Luong Van Chanh High School in Vietnam during a Pacific Partnership 2022 (PP22) host nation outreach event. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
