12 CAB Soldiers visit World War II sites in Belgium and Luxembourg

Shown is a close-up view of a tank sculpted into the Desobry Monument in Noville, Belgium, June 10, 2022. This memorial is intended to honor U.S. Army Gen. William R. Desobry and the 10th Armored Division for showing extraordinary courage during the defense of Noville in December 1944. The Battle of Noville occurred as part of the Siege of Bastogne and the Battle of the Bulge. 12 CAB is among other units assigned to V Corps, America's Forward Deployed Corps in Europe. They work alongside NATO Allies and regional security partners to provide combat-ready forces, execute joint and multinational training exercises, and retain command and control for all rotational and assigned units in the European Theater.
