Maj. Gen. John C. Harris Jr., Ohio adjutant general, presents 97-year-old retired Command Sgt. Maj. Henry Armstrong a military challenge coin at The Nancy & David Wolf Holocaust & Humanity Center May 9, 2022, in Cincinnati. Armstrong served during World War II and took part in the liberation of Gunskirchen Lager, a Jewish concentration camp in Austria. The presentation was part of the 42nd Annual Governor’s Holocaust Commemoration.
