Defense Supply Center Columbus Deputy Site Director Mike Wood engages children with questions about what they have planted and explained different parts of the growing process at the DSCC Columbus’ Child Development Center June 8. Seven pre-K classes participated in the planting day but all classes at the center tend to the garden each year. The garden is a joint partnership with the DSCC Environmental Division and is in its sixth season.
