Civilian Staff and faculty support the USMA Mission to create commissioned leaders of character and are responsible for contributing a culture of character growth. The CME provides civilian faculty an immersive military training experience that resembles cadet field training in order to provide shared understanding of the demands of cadet life and Army leadership.
