SANTA RITA, GUAM (June 10, 2022) Seabees assigned under Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75, work alongside Marines and contractors during a Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD) of an Automated Construction of Expeditionary Structures (ACES) in support of Valiant Shield 2022. The ACES operational demonstration provides concrete 3D printing capability, utilizing locally available materials and is designed to be used in expeditionary operational environments. Exercises such as Valiant Shield allows the Indo-Pacific Command Joint Forces the opportunity to integrate forces from all branches of service to conduct precise, lethal, and overwhelming multi-axis, multi-domain effects that demonstrate the strength and versatility of the Joint Force and our commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific.
