An Advanced Canine Medical Trainer lies dormant on a table waiting for Army Reserve Soldiers from the 807th Medical Command (Deployment Support) to hone critical life-saving medical skills on it June 13, at Fort Hunter Liggett, California. The simulated canine is a training tool being used by Soldiers, as part of Exercise Global Medic. The Medical Readiness Training Command executes the annual exercise as part of the Army Reserve Medical Command's larger mission to provide trained, equipped and combat ready units and medical personnel to support the total force on the battlefields of today and tomorrow.
