YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 13, 2022) — Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), poses with a certificate presented by Katsuaki Kamji, Mayor of Yokosuka City, which appreciates his contribution and service to Yokosuka City and also declares Jarrett as an honorary citizen of Yokosuka City. Jarrett paid a courtesy call to Yokosuka City Hall prior to his departure from Yokosuka for his next duty station. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
