North Little Rock, Ark. - Command Sergeant Major (Ret.) Stanley Hicks is inducted into the Arkansas National Guard Enlisted Hall of Fame in a ceremony at Camp Robinson June 2, 2022. Hicks joined the Arkansas Army National Guard on March 6, 1950. He served 43 years in the National Guard retiring in 1993.
