U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Tyler Reed, an aviation maintenance data specialist with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 312, kisses his wife after returning home from a deployment at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, June 9, 2022. VMFA-312 returned home from a deployment in support of NATO’s enhanced Air Policing mission in Eastern Europe. The deployment was conducted in coordination with host nations and military authorities and was a prudent measure to increase readiness and enhance Eastern Europe’s collective defense.
