A Romanian Naval Special Operations Force member holds a hooked ladder before vessel boarding, search and seizure training with U.S. Naval Special Warfare (SEALS) in Constanta, Romania, May 7, 2022. The training in port allowed both teams to plan, execute and discuss techniques.
