Matthew Holston, commander, Space Delta 8, delivers remarks during the 10th Space Operations Squadron activation and assumption of command ceremony onboard Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Jun. 6. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
