A group of U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are conducting a field medical training exercise outdoors. Several soldiers are kneeling around a simulated casualty on the ground, applying what appears to be first aid or combat casualty care. Two standing soldiers, one holding a paper, appear to be evaluating or supervising the exercise.
