The Incirlik Air Base Honor Guard performs during a change of command ceremony at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, June 1, 2022. During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Damian Pardue, outgoing commander of the 39th Healthcare Operations Squadron, relinquished command to Col. Bradley Weast, 39th Medical Group commander, who then charged Lt. Col. Amanda Davis with leading the 39th HCOS. The change of command ceremony is a long-standing military tradition that represents the formal transfer of command from one officer to another.
