A U.S. Army Soldier with Task Force Red Dragon, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, participates in an information exchange on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) with Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) personnel, who also exchanged their best medical practices at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, May 27, 2022. The event allowed U.S. and Japanese forces to exchange information on life-saving combat care and improved overall interoperability between the forces.
