Assisting him is Spc. Uriel Torres, RAID operator, for Co. B, 1st Bn., 143rd FA, and California National Guardsman from Fresno, Calif. Garcia is a personal banker when not deployed and a field artillery specialist by training. "It's different, but I like it," said Garcia.
