U.S. Army Soldiers with the 642nd Regional Support Group present the colors during its May 26, 2022, change of command ceremony at Fort Hood, Texas. Col. Christian M. Neary took charge of the Reserve unit from outgoing commander Col. Robert J. Coker. The 642nd Regional Support Group currently conducts the duties of the Mobilization Support Brigade supporting the mobilization and demobilization of Army Reserve and National Guard units from throughout the nation.
