BALTIC SEA (May 21, 2022) – Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Davis Harrison directs a landing craft, air cushion, attached to Assault Craft Unit 4, as it enters the well deck of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) during exercise Hedgehog 22, May 21, 2022. Kearsarge, flagship of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group and embarked 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, is participating in the Estonian-led exercise Siil 22 (Hedgehog 22 in English). Hedgehog 22 brings together members of the Estonian Defense Force and U.S. Sailors and Marines under Task Force 61/2 to enhance allied interoperability and preserve security and stability in the Baltic region.
