An illegal voyage vessel interdicted by the Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Tezanos May 18, 2022, lays empty after 18 non-U.S. citizes were safely embarked from the vessel, approximately 11 nautical miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
