SILVERDALE, Wash. (May 16, 2022) – U.S. Navy Cmdr. David Crescitelli, left, commanding officer of USS Nebraska (SSBN 739) Blue Crew, presents the Civilian Service Achievement Medal to Joseph J. Mohs, ship superintendent of Nebraska during its six-month refit at Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB), in the crew’s mess aboard Nebraska. Mohs received the award for his dedication and determination to repair and restore Nebraska. TRFB supports the nation’s strategic deterrence mission by repairing, incrementally overhauling, and modernizing Pacific Fleet strategic ballistic missile submarines during refits.
