Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Jabri Singleton line handles for the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Frank E. Petersen Jr. (DDG 121) as she arrives in Charleston, S.C. for her commissioning ceremony May 9, 2022. The ship is named in honor of the Marine Corps lieutenant general who was the first African-American Marine Corps aviator and Marine Corps general officer.
