On Tuesday, Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune Pastoral Care hosted a “Blessing of the Hands” to honor our nurses. NMCCL Chaplain, Lt. Mark Cannon, and Reverend Charles Quarles prayed for nurses to care for our patients with safety, compassion, and strength. Blessing of the hands acknowledges the spiritual aspects of care that many nurses encounter while giving physical care.
