U.S. Army Soldiers with 1st Squadron, 303rd Cavalry Regiment, 96th Troop Command, Washington National Guard, suit up to conduct decontamination procedures during a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear First Responder Course on Camp Murray, Wash., March 10, 2022. The course reenforced the skills-needed to respond to a large-scale CBRN accident/incident when deployed as part of the 10th Homeland Response Force. The 10th HRF is a regionally-aligned, multi-component entity, comprised of members of the 96th Troop command and the 141st Air Refueling Wing, that responds to natural, man-made, or terrorist-initiated CBRN disasters and additional hazards in FEMA Region 10.
