U.S. Marines with Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG), I Marine Expeditionary Force, conduct a safety brief prior to executing a man overboard drill as part of a coxswain course on Camp Pendleton, California on April 25, 2022. EOTG’s coxswain course is a 10-day training iteration that teaches Marines how to safely and expediently move small watercraft through shallow waters, onto beaches and back into the ocean to help ensure overall readiness in support of fleet operations and the joint force.
