Kim Davis, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) San Diego’s commanding officer (left), awards Hospitalman Amanda Ferrari, a Sailor assigned to NMRTC San Diego (right), with a Letter of Commendation during a ceremony at the hospital April 22. A Letter of Commendation is awarded for outstanding performance of duties and commendable service.
