Members of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard (PAANG) — representing the state’s headquarters, 193rd Special Operations Wing and 171st Air Refueling Wing — were welcomed at Lithuanian Air Force Headquarters on Feb. 28, 2022, in Kaunas prior to kicking off several different engagements in the first quarter of 2022.
