Robert Faucher, the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Bureau of Conflict & Stabilization Operations, visited the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance to discuss the Global Fragility Act Strategy during a trip to U.S. Indo-Pacific Command for the launch of the Strategy. This Strategy aims to prevent global conflict and promote long-term stability. The Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance provides academic research, civil-military coordination training, and operational insights to support decision making before, during, and after crises.
