Jon Hough, crew chief with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard’s Coraopolis-based 171st Air Refueling Wing, takes part in a multi-day engagement on deicing operations with the Lithuanian Air Force at their Siauliai Air Base on March 2, 2022. Members representing the 171st’s Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and Logistics Readiness Squadron shared best practices with members of the Lithuanian Air Force whose receipt of new deicing equipment enhances their capabilities to support strategic airlift in and out of Lithuania.
