Helping her show how to do this is Paul Carbins, a medical massage therapist at the Traumatic Brain Injury Intrepid Spirit Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., on the first day of the first Brain Injury Awareness Month Conference hosted by the ISC on March 24.
