Two fishermen use a new pier at Sparta Pond on Aug. 10, 2015, at Fort McCoy, Wis. New piers were installed recently at all Fort McCoy lakes and ponds to allow greater access for people with disabilities. The pier improvements were completed through a multiagency effort that included the Directorate of Public Works; Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation; and the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security.
