Information systems technician Seaman Bradley Encinas and personnel specialist Petty Officer 1st Class Carrie Singleton prepare to raise a flag flown over Iraq and Afghanistan during the one-year anniversary for Expeditionary Combat Readiness Command. ECRC was established last year at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek under Naval Expeditionary Combat Command to provide coordination and supervision of the individual augmentee training and equipping process.
