Service members aboard a HH-60H Seahawk from Helicopter Anti-submarine squadron (HS) 7, assigned to Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 3 aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), provides logistic support for Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa during a bombing exercise at the Gordia bombing range off the coast of Djibouti. CVW-3, F/A-18 aircraft from the Red Rippers of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 11 participated in the exercises. CJTF-HOA conducts operations in the region to prevent conflict, promote regional stability and protect coalition interests.
