Cerneka won first place amongst the junior unlisted Soldiers and took home the title of Ohio Army National Guard Soldier of the Year. Stafford won first place amongst the noncommissioned officers and took home the title of Ohio Army National Guard NCO of the Year. The winners of the BWC will move on to represent the Ohio Army National Guard at the regional level competition this summer.
