Eric Segura, resource efficiency manager, U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach Directorate of Public Works, uses an infrared monitoring device to see any leaks in the air conditioning system at the Urlas Main Exchange March 24, 2022. The DPW Energy Office and the Main Exchange are working together on a retro commissioning effort, which is fine tuning how the building systems operate, to ensure that the Exchange is as energy efficient as possible.
