YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 16, 2022) - Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Bryce Ben, from Lemoore, Calif., operates a naval firefighting thermal imager to detect hot spots during an 8010 fire drill aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) March 16, 2022. The 8010 fire drill was created to train integrated teams of Sailors and base fire fighters to fight casualties in industrial environments. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
