U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 23rd Civil Engineer Squadron, Tyndall Air Force Base and members of a local power company test the voltage of a substation before performing maintenance during a power outage March 19, 2022, at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. A high-voltage substation is a configuration of circuit breakers, switches and over protection equipment that safely transforms high-voltage electricity into a lower suitable voltage supply for Moody.
