A U.S. Army soldier identified by name tape as 'Gonzalez' is kneeling in snow, preparing a medical kit to treat a simulated casualty lying on a litter/stretcher. The soldier is wearing full combat gear including a helmet with goggles, body armor, and a multicam uniform with a U.S. flag patch and what appears to be a 1st Cavalry Division patch. This appears to be a cold-weather combat casualty care training exercise.
