Rodney Faulk, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division, delivers remarks March 18 during a wreath-laying ceremony at Princeton Ceremony in Princeton, New Jersey, on what would have been the 185th birthday of past-President Grover Cleveland.
