    This training that ASA-Fort Dix’s CBRN Defense Course students performed at the Fort Dix CRBN School. Here students from class 002-22 reacted to a Chemical Alarm which prompted them to react to a possible chemical/bio attack. In the process of reacting to this type of attack, CBRN’s students don their protective face-piece within 9 seconds. In addition, students also engaged in donning their Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JLIST) to react to MOPP. Students also engaged in identifying what type of agents is out there utilizing the M8 paper and the M256A1 Detection Kit. Provided first aid for a nerve agent casualty. In the final phase on training, students engaged in contaminated vehicle wash-down and individual decontamination and MOPP gear exchange. These training event was supervised by Senior Instructor Ronnie J. Figliola and Instructor Ernie Gomez.
